Cat Behavior Services
While working with housecats is not quite the same as working with tigers, our trainer’s experience as a zookeeper has taught her that all felines are capable of learning and changing behaviors. People’s most common behavioral issues with their cats include bad litter habits, inappropriate scratching, aggression, and not getting along with their furry siblings. We also love teaching cats to do fun things like coming when called, giving high fives, and accepting nail trims. We are here to help!
The trainer will come to your house for a one hour visit in which we will get background information on your cat(s) and tour their living space. We will then make a plan to address their behavioral issues; this usually involves making some modifications to their environment, creating a training plan, and addressing any underlying issues causing the problems. Most cat clients require 1-3 visits spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Cats can be a resistant to change so it may take some time to see results, but we will be here for you for support during the process. For some cases, we can provide virtual follow-up appointments.
